This project was the development of a new 2-storey 60 bed aged care facility in Brighton.  It included a mixture of funded and unfunded beds comprising both low and high level care residents (i.e. ageing in place).

The facility was aimed at the higher income residents of the Brighton area in Melbourne and as such, the bedrooms (all single with ensuites), were quite large and the communal spaces were also increased in size.  Significant attention was also paid to high quality fitout and construction details to enhance the attractiveness of the facility to potential residents.

The site is very tight which resulted in a basement car park being constructed.

The architectural style of the building is Georgian to reflect other similar residential dwellings in the area.
